Q.IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
A.No there is no minimum order size you can order as much or as little as you need. Delivery charges may apply for rentals under $80.00 even if you are in our "FREE DELIVERY" area.
Q.HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
A.The best way is by telephone but you can email or fax us if you prefer..
Q.IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
A.All of our rentals are based on a full day. We will deliver at the time you request and we will pick the unit next day or time of your request.
Q.WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
A.Its best to give as much time in advance as you can but we can work with last minute bookings also.
Q.WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A.At this time we accept cash or check only. You will need to pay your balance when the delivery driver arrives before he unloads or sets up any equipment.
Q.Cancellation Policy?
A.It’s common for people to think that because there is a forecast of bad weather that they need to cancel their event. However, it has been our experience that 99% of the time the weather is either wrong or not severe enough to affect your event. Because of this, cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event or you will be responsible for the total balance of the rental.
If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it becomes dangerous to have our equipment you will not be responsible for any charges. Customers are still responsible for the entire balance for cancellations made after the 48 hour time window if not weather related. If you cancel Orders that have already been loaded and scheduled for delivery on your scheduled date you will be responsible for the full ampunt of the rental.
